Return & Exchange Policy
At Pandacircle, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
This policy applies to all purchases made on pandacircle.in.
You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:
The product is damaged at the time of delivery
The product has a manufacturing defect
An incorrect item was delivered
The product is significantly different from its description on the website
To be eligible:
The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Order number or proof of purchase is required
We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered:
Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special discount offers
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Products returned without original tags or packaging
Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable)
To initiate a return or exchange request:
Log in to your account on pandacircle.in
Go to My Account → My Orders
Select the relevant order
Click Request Return / Exchange
Choose the product, quantity, and reason
Submit the request
All requests are reviewed to ensure eligibility as per this policy.
Eligible requests are approved promptly, usually within 48–72 business hours.
Submitting a request does not automatically create a return or refund until approval is granted.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping will be free and arranged or reimbursed by us.
For all other approved returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose:
A refund, or
Store credit (if applicable)
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout, including:
UPI
Credit card
Debit card
Net banking
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
If an order contains multiple items, partial returns are allowed provided the returned item meets all eligibility conditions.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Pandacircle reserves the right to:
Reject return or exchange requests that do not meet policy conditions
Refuse refunds for products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering
Send rejected return items back to the customer
